Sometimes I thank God for little things — like when the glass of milk tips past halfway, but I catch it just time time to keep it from spilling. I know it wasn’t me alone, it was God saving me from a frustration and a mess.

There are times when I feel worry coming on about the whereabouts of one of my children, “Why aren’t they home yet” Then the phone will ring — the child calling to tell me why they are late. Of course, it doesn’t always happen this way. Smetimes I just have to trust in God’s being there and trust that the child is fine.

However God chooses to manifests Himself to me in a day, whether it is in a small way, or in a big way, whether through the natural world or through the hand of another person, I know God is always there.
